Standing Dumbbell Calf Raises exercise tips

1. Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart and hold a heavy dumbbell in each hand, arms by your sides.
2. Keeping your back straight, slowly rise up on the toes of both feet, raising your heels as high as you can.
3. Pause at the top then slowly lower your heels back down.
