Barbell Calf-Raise With Single Leg (Seated) exercise guide

1.While seated with back straight, center the barbell on one of your lower things. Use your hands to stabilize any barbell movement.
2. Raise your calves by tiptoeing. Hold for one second. Lower your calves back to the ground.
3. Repeat the same with the over leg.
