Barbell Curls

With Start with a standing position with your feet apart and knees relaxed. Hold a dumbbell in your hands also have apart.Your handle width should be overlapped(palms up).Stand up and let the bar hang on the front of the thighs. Bend your elbows to curl the bar on the shoulder. Pause for a moment at the summit position.Slowly lower the bar to the starting position.
