Dumbbell Biceps Curl (Hammer Grip on Bench)

1. Standing up straight , hold a dumbbell with a handle of a hammer. Reposez- arm on top of the inclined bench.
2. Raise dumbbell , keeping your arms in place. Hold for one second. Dub bass bell back to the starting position.
