Dumbbell Biceps Curl (Hammer Grip Standing).

1. Standing up straight , hold the dumbbells to the sides with a hammer handle.Keep your arms straight lines.
2. Lifting weights, keeping your arms in place. Avoid using shoulder during movement.
3. Hold for one second and returned to starting position.
