Dumbbell Biceps Curl Seated (Hammer Grip).

1.While sitting up straight , dumbbells hanging next to you with a handful of Hummer. Go straight on weapons.

2. Lifting weights, keeping your arms in place. Avoid using shoulder during movement. Hold for a second, and then return to the starting position.
