Dumbbell Biceps Curl (Underhand Grip On Bench).

1. Standing up straight , hold a dumbbell in supination . Reposez- arm on top of the inclined bench.

2. Raise dumbbell, keeping your arms in place. Hold for one second. Dub bell serious in the starting position.
