Dumbbell Biceps Curl (Underhand Grip Concentration With Single Arm).

1. Bend your knees slightly. Keep bent and back straight . Hold a dumbbell with supination. Elbow    position inner thigh.

2. Raise dumbbell , keeping your arms in place. Hold for one second. Return to the starting position.
