Low Pulley Bent-Over Lateral Raises exercise guide

Stand with your feet and your knees slightly bent. Bend forward at the waist, keeping your back straight  and your arms hanging down. Hold a handle in each hand with the cables crossing each other: -Inhale and raise  your arms to the sides until your hands are slightly  above the level of your shoulders. -Exhale as you complete the exercise.
