Stablity Ball Triceps Extension Exercise Guide

1. Lie back on the stability ball. Feet are on the floor. Hold one dumbbell with both hands. Fully extend arms above your head.

2. While keeping your upper arms stationary, lower the dumbbell until it is behind your head. Refrain from using your elbows. Hold for one second. Return to starting position.
