Underhand Grip Prone On an Incline Bench.

1. Lie prone on the incline bench. Let dumbbells hang next to you with underhand grip. Keep arms straight.
2. Curl the weight slowly up.Your wrists should always be set to resist twisting , and maintain your arms perpendicular to the floor.
