Dumbbells Bent Over Row Exercise tips

1. Grab and hold a pair of dumbbells and hold forward at your waist, but keep your back flat. Have your arms extended straight downward with palms facing in towards one another.

2. Lift the dumbbells up to the sides of your chest and return them to their extended start position while keeping your back stable and straight throughout .
